Admin Helpful Hints
by Devon Medinger
From admins to ambassadors, to directors and VP’s, I am so thankful for the amazing people that God calls to FCA. You are all so gifted in amazing ways. I just reached 21 years on staff as an administrative assistant, and in that time have been able to assist many staff with behind-the-scenes processes that have both made their lives easier and amplified their ministry. For the last few months, I felt a tug from the Lord to put out an ongoing email with tips, tricks and training to help admins and those in the field. I am still learning myself, so I definitely do not know it all, but I hope that through these emails you will find some nuggets that bless you in your important role with FCA. Below are a list of all the volumes that have been sent so far. Click on the dropdown to be given the URL for that volume.

Lists Explained:
I often get asked why I love the "Lists" feature of FCAOne. Below is a video as well as a document that hopefully explains why I do. I need a place to gather and manage both donor and non-donor constituents. This is why I use lists.
